North Side Mystery Solved

Photo Cleve took on April 22, of what is believed to be the new female leaving the aerie . Unfortunately, there isn't a clear look at her legs. From here it doesn't seem there are bands on those legs.

Here she is, our new Falcon.
Note the lack of bands on her legs, proving she isn't our Milli.
